Pets General – Shipping Policy

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

• Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process the order. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.

• Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Pets General is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

Make sure you have selected the correct variants. When ready, click "Proceed to checkout." On the information page, enter your correct address details and click "Continue to shipping."

On the shipping page, you can review your address and selected shipping method. Click "Proceed to payment" to continue.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over $70

• Standard shipping – $8 on orders under $70 (8–12 working days)

• Express shipping – $15 (faster delivery)

Shipping Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, we process and ship it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
